Resident Services Level Two Series

• All level one series services
• Administration of medication to ensure accuracy, ordering of refills and monitoring for correct results
• Limited and Intermittent Nursing Care (hands-on nursing care of more than 2 hours daily for up to 90 consecutive days per period)
• Monitoring, recording, tracking of daily types of items such as glucose levels, blood pressure, weight, blood and lab levels
• Minor, non-sterile dressing changes
• Incontinence management and assistance with mild to moderate incontinence care
• Repeated reminding, redirecting and prompting for meals, care and activities and reassurance of safety due to mild to moderate dementia
• Colostomy, urostomy care and assistance
• Other intensive services as allowed by state licensure requirements and community policy

On-site physical therapy, as well as occupational therapy and speech therapy services are available to our assisted living and independent living residents.
