This is my 18^th week as a resident of your wonderful establishment. I am, by nature, very observant and particularly aware of details.

Please know I am extremely pleased to live here. Your impeccable attention to detail is amazing. Seems nothing is ever forgotten – every event is carefully orchestrated down to the smallest detail.

My balcony overlooks the parking lot, so I was fortunate to have ringside seats for the musical program last night. I saw all the efforts of your staff organizing everything to moving and setting up chairs and returning everything to original spots. The teamwork and planning was impeccable.

Everyone employed here has been very courteous and helpful since I moved in. I feel like I am extremely safe, and my needs are met before I am often even aware of them.

My sincere thanks to you and your wonderful staff for making me feel like a part of a large extended family.
