Each floor plan comes with a few already-placed furniture items that you can rotate, adjust size or delete altogether. You can also clear the entire floor plan by clicking “Clear” in the top right corner. After you’ve finished setting up your new space, you can print, share or save your “furnished” apartment layout. Also keep in mind that the entrance fee at Edgewood Summit is up to 90% refundable. Also included in the contract is a Health Care Benefit, offering a substantial discount on higher levels of living at Edgewood Summit, should you ever need them.
